2 Installation
The main distribution of Moose is written in Pharo and is distributed as a so called one click image. A one click image is a package that bundles together both the virtual machine and the image with the actual code.
The installation is straightforward:
- Download the Moose Suite from http://moosetechnology.org/download
- Launch the platform specific executable:
- Mac: launch the app file
- Linux: launch .app/moose.sh
- Windows: launch .app/moose.lnk
Launching the executable spawns a window as in the picture below:
